• Three years ago, we worked with CMSIntelligence to redesign the website for our primary business, Hockey Opportunity Camp – and it was a great experience. So, when I started to conceptualize a new business channel – wellness retreats for women – the CMSI team was my first call for everything we needed, from logo design, to Google Business tools set up, to the website. What fun to work with a smart, savvy entrepreneur like Sophie McLaughlin to bring her new business vision to life!

Although the offering will expand rapidly into other events, the first 'product' under this exciting new brand is a weekend retreat for women called Sport + Spirit for Her.

The retreat takes place at Hockey Opportunity Camp – Ontario's pre-eminent hockey and summer sport camp for kids – and offers participants an inviting balance between 'sporty' activities and breakouts that focus on spiritual wellness.
